THE STORY BEHIND THE ART
In this painting the horse in the foreground is standing protectively, while the other horse, while more reserved and perhaps a bit anxious, is almost hidden from view, It makes me think of when we are challenged or trying to forge a new path in our lives, and how we may feel alone in our endeavors. But we are never truly alone. I believe a silent partner is standing with us, supporting us. Sometimes that partner is our self, seeing the bigger picture, and holding the space for our growth.
